Return Policy

As our products are delivered digitally and instantly, we do not accept returns once a license key has been delivered and viewed or used. Please ensure compatibility and accuracy before completing your purchase.

Refund Policy

We offer refunds or replacements under the following conditions:

• The license key is invalid or non-functional
• The issue is reported within 48 hours of purchase
• The key has not been activated or used
• You provide sufficient proof (e.g., screenshots or error messages)

Refunds are not applicable in the following cases:

• You purchased the wrong product
• You changed your mind after receiving the key
• The product is incompatible with your system (please check system requirements before purchase)
• You failed to follow activation instructions

Replacement Policy

If a license key is found to be defective or already used, we will first attempt to provide a free replacement. If a replacement is not available, a full refund will be issued.
